She was born on August 27, 1932 in Lünen, Germany, Diocese of Mϋnster, Germany.
She offered herself to God through Temporary Profession on August 15, 1955 in Bernried and Perpetual Profession on August 16, 1958 in Tutzing.
Her service as a Missionary Benedictine Sister was given in the Priories of Tutzing and Windhoek.
