On January 15, we celebrated the Feast Day of Maur and o Placid, which coincides with the Feast Day of Mother Maoro.
On this day, which coincided with the patronal feast day of our Formandees, the Junior sisters led both the liturgy and community services.
In the evening, a farewell ceremony and celebration took place. Each group enjoyed a carefully prepared program, and everyone shared their heartfelt farewells.
I would like to extend my gratitude to Mother Maoro and the General Councilors for their dedicated service to the Congregation last 6years.
M. Maoro Sye will return to Daegu Priory on January 20 after the installation of the 14th Prioress General M. Rosann Ocken.
Sr. Vania Maria Toscano return to the Olinda Priory, Brazil on January 24.
Sr. Lumen Gloria return to the Manila Priory, Philippines, on January 27 and will be installed as the Prioress of Manila on February 4.
